Chief Financial Officer
His career spans impact investing, private equity, and board-level governance across Sub-Saharan Africa and Asia. He brings hands-on experience in strategy execution, financial systems design, and scaling operations in resource-constrained environments.
At Insure.ag, Matthew oversees financial strategy, ensuring the business grows sustainably as we expand coverage to more growers nationwide.

Olya Dashuk
Software Engineer, Technical Product Manager
With over eight years of experience across front end development and product marketing, Olya brings strong technical depth and sharp product intuition. She works in JavaScript, React, TypeScript, and Next.js, and is passionate about using technology and AI to turn complex agricultural data into clear, real-time insights.
Originally from Belarus and now based in New York, Olya enjoys travel, ceramics, and yoga when she’s not building farmer-first technology.

Andrew Burdock
Chief Executive Officer
Andrew Burdock is the CEO of Insure.ag, bringing over a decade of leadership experience at the intersection of agriculture, insurance, and technology. Before Insure.ag, he co-founded Aerobotics, a global agtech venture using aerial imagery and AI to optimize and secure perennial crop yields. Over nine years, he helped expand the business into 18 markets and led the rollout of its U.S. operations, which became the company’s primary revenue driver. He also conceived and launched Aerobotics Crop Insurance Solutions (ACIS), a division that quickly grew into the group’s fastest-growing business line. Andrew holds an MBA and is a Chartered Management Accountant, with a background spanning finance, management, and strategy roles across both startups and corporates.

Kayla Huffmaster is a Crop Insurance Agent at Insure.ag, based in Reynolds, Georgia. She brings over four years of experience in the crop insurance industry, spanning agency operations and underwriting, which gives her a well-rounded understanding of how coverage is built, managed, and made to work for growers. Raised in row crop farming, Kayla knows firsthand the challenges and decisions producers face throughout the growing season. That grounded perspective drives her commitment to helping farmers protect their operations through personalized risk management and the kind of exceptional, hands-on service that keeps their needs at the center.

Erica Cannon
Erica Cannon is a Crop Insurance Agent at Insure.ag, based in Moultrie, Georgia. Raised in rural central Florida surrounded by cattle and citrus, she earned a B.S. in Biology with a focus on plant science and genetics from the University of Central Florida, then began her career as a product developer for a vegetable seed dealer, running variety trials on tomatoes, peppers, watermelon, and brassicas across North Florida and South Georgia. In her crop insurance career she has developed a passion for serving underrepresented specialty crop policies, especially the complex ones that require a written agreement, and she still runs variety trials as a contract product developer to keep her field knowledge sharp. Outside of work, Erica is a lifelong competitive hunter jumper with two horses, Jackson and Charlie, and a plant collection more than 150 strong, ranging from cacti to exotics to fruit trees.

Jenn Rascon
With over a decade of experience in crop insurance, Jenn Rascon helps growers protect what matters most. Raised amid the citrus groves of California’s Central Valley and based in Exeter, CA, she brings a firsthand understanding of agriculture to her work with growers of every size, from small family farms to large operations. Jenn is known for pairing that hands-on background with clear, dependable guidance that keeps clients confident in their coverage.
