Andrew Burdock is the CEO of Insure.ag, bringing over a decade of leadership experience at the intersection of agriculture, insurance, and technology. Before Insure.ag, he co-founded Aerobotics, a global agtech venture using aerial imagery and AI to optimize and secure perennial crop yields. Over nine years, he helped expand the business into 18 markets and led the rollout of its U.S. operations, which became the company’s primary revenue driver. He also conceived and launched Aerobotics Crop Insurance Solutions (ACIS), a division that quickly grew into the group’s fastest-growing business line. Andrew holds an MBA and is a Chartered Management Accountant, with a background spanning finance, management, and strategy roles across both startups and corporates.

Kari brings nearly a decade of experience in business and sales operations for agricultural and technology-driven companies. She specializes in building systems that streamline workflows, strengthen collaboration, and drive growth with clarity and accountability. Born and raised in Tucson, Arizona, Kari managed a small family orchard with her dad, an experience that shaped her deep respect for growers and their work. Today, she applies that same grounded perspective to helping modern ag businesses operate with efficiency, integrity, and purpose.

With over two decades in crop insurance, Josh Benson combines trusted advisory experience with a track record of building innovative tools that simplify coverage and policy management for farmers. His approach blends white-glove service with forward-thinking technology, always rooted in faith, integrity, and servant leadership. Based in Prosser, WA, Josh and his wife, Sabrina, have raised four children and remain deeply involved in their local community.

Jimmy Smith brings over a decade of experience in the specialty crop industry, working with growers of every scale, from farming families to large grower/packer/shippers and institutional investors. A graduate of Cal Poly San Luis Obispo with a degree in Agribusiness Finance and Economics, he blends agricultural know-how with economic insight to help farmers navigate diverse risk profiles with confidence. Based in Visalia, CA with his wife and two sons, Jimmy stays closely connected to the farming communities he serves.

Raised in Chelan, WA, one of the world’s leading apple-growing regions, Lupe Villaseñor learned farming from the ground up, from orchard work to driving tractors. She went on to earn a B.A. in Economics from Washington State University, double-majoring in Agricultural Economics and Agricultural & Food Business Economics, and built hands-on experience at Chelan Fruit and Chelan Fresh across packing, marketing, and export logistics. For the past eight years, Lupe has served farmers as a crop insurance agent, bringing a 360° perspective that spans orchard rows to store shelves. She also gives back through her board service with the Washington Apple Education Foundation, supporting educational opportunities for students in farming communities.

With over a decade in crop insurance, Marina Marin combines financial expertise and hands-on experience to help farmers manage risk with confidence. A Washington State University grad, she’s worked with growers of all sizes, from first-generation farmers to large operations, always keeping their needs at the center. Rooted in agriculture since childhood, Marina now brings that same dedication to Insure.ag while raising two energetic boys with her husband.
